Our Digital systems are made with surface mounted components using automated robotic placement machines and are manufactured to exact specifications. You will not find better.

Each digital system is pre-programmed for your engine using Multi Ignition Map Technology™, another unique attribute of our Spider™ tuning system. All plug and play systems use Original Equipment connectors as used by the car Manufacturer, no made up plugs.

Extensive research combined with a dedicated team of engineers allows our technology to remain at the forefront of diesel tuning.

So how does it work?

Your diesel engine is controlled by many electronic sensors which gauge and determine the adjustments and parameters made to the fuelling system. This information is passed on to the cars ECU which uses the information to make fine adjustments according to its MAP structure. The ECU has many MAPS, not just one, and most parts of the engine are controlled by MAP look-up. This means the ECU refers to preprogrammed MAPS in its software to determine from the sensors values, what changes to make to the engine.

The Spider™ tuning system uses a similar set up with our Multi Ignition Map Technology™. Our system also has different fuelling MAPS programmed into it and will make adjustments accordingly. Adjustments will vary depending on the application and type of vehicle but can include injection pulse width, injection timing, injection pressure but will not make any adjustments to the turbo, or any safety parameters of the engine. All the safety parameters of the engine remain as standard and removing the tuning system reverts the car instantly to its original state , true Plug and Play.
